CAN ALSO DESIGN A CUSTOM WEB SET EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOUR SITE.
Jolie Designs has 15 years in the graphic design
industry with prestigious clients such as Ralph Lauren and Waverly
Home Fashions. The studio has been commissioned by engravers
and design houses for services which have included color separation,wallpaper
and fabric design,web design services and specific graphic implementation
for company brochures and logos.
If you have a specific vision you would like to see come to
life on your web site,the studios fees for full site design
are based on your particular graphic needs,budget and commercial
requirements.The first process is to identify the purpose and
goals of the web site and then build upon that foundation to
effectively translate the vision into the final project. The
creative process is done in close cooperation between the designer
and the client where the "look and feel" of the site is determined.
I will become acquainted with your company's image and will
have discussed your vision for the site and what your graphical
requirements are.Your web site will contain an effective navigation
interface, unique graphic design and a layout that will attract
and hold the attention of your visitors.

LICENSING THE SETS FOR COMMERCIAL
SITES
Licensing the sets (for commercial sites) is 50.00
dollars per complete set for Linkware and Budget Collection sets.
That price is for non exclusive use however entire sets can be purchased
for exclusive use of 100 dollars. Specific prices regarding Professional
and Artisan Collections can be obtained by viewing the specific web
suite you are interested in.
Note: Private collection web suites
are exempt from this price range depending on the template price.
What is a commercial web site?
If you sell anything on your page (this includes consultation
services,or any other intangible method of making a profit) by directly
or indirectly offering goods and/or services. If you provide a link
from your web site that visitors can send payment to or you offer
the option where visitors can be emailed payment information after
filling out a form or contacting you via email from your web site
you are required to pay the license fee stipulated in the template
you are interested in.
A credit link back to the studio is not necessary (only
when agreed by both parties beforehand is) when you purchase the set
exclusively but is required for all non-exclusive use.
Note: If you use a third party to design your web site after
I supply the graphics/template design I require a link back limited
to graphics only.
When a web suite is purchased for exclusive use only,then only
at that time will it be removed from availability and be yours.
Additional charges will apply for custom work such as adding extra
company related graphics,coded pages and logos and custom links on
all web suites purchased if applicable. Please read stipulations
for certain graphic templates you are interested in.
Addendum: Once you purchase a web suite
exclusively you must let me know where the location will be by giving
me the URL address otherwise I reserve the right to resell the web
suite at a later time,of course you have a reasonable time frame in
providing me with this information. If your site is altered
or no longer exists the template you originally licensed exclusively
which no longer resides on your web site I thereby reserve the right
to resell the template at a later time. |
