It takes alot of hours and hard work to produce the web graphics on this site. If you want to use the linkware graphics on your personal home pages-using one of my logos (or the one that comes with the set) with a link back to www.joliewebgraphics.com is not only mandatory it is fair to this artist. A link back must be on every page that any of the images are used on and must be visible on the page. These graphics are not to be resold and/or redistributed in any form. Profit making web sites need to pay a license fee, see important information below.

NOTE: Budget Collection (shareware) web templates need to provide a link back to me on the main (entrance) page you use the graphics but not all of the pages.

For commercial use regarding free graphics and license only sets please visit my services page.

Important: Please write to me with your URL address so I can determine if your site is commercial or not. If you sell anything on your page (this includes consultation services,or any other intangible method of making a profit) by directly or indirectly offering goods and/or services you are required to pay a license fee of $50.00 for each set licensed. Don't forget to use my logo on the same page you use my graphics! I feel I am extremely lenient regarding my free graphic usage and would really appreciate that you respect my terms so please write to me with your URL address once the graphics are in place so I can visit.

Please do not resize my images when you use them on your page. This means that if the image is 100x100 pixels the graphic should remain that size. Resizing the images, chopping them up or taking bits and pieces of an image and altering them in any way constitutes disrespect to this artist and is also considered piracy. Please respect the art you use from this site.

To use my free graphics right click with your mouse on the images and save them to your hard drive. Web TV users click here for instructions on using my graphics. Please remember that all graphics have been copyrighted and watermarked,this means my name and copyright are embedded into the designs and are easily traceable!
